How It Works

Reserve Your Session
Choose the Petite or Full Newborn Session and pay the complete session fee to reserve your due-date window.

Plan Your Session
You’ll complete a short questionnaire so I can plan colors, setups and family portraits. The studio provides the wraps, outfits and props.

Your Session
Your session takes place in my Salem studio and is completely baby-led. We pause whenever your baby needs to eat, be changed or settle.

Your Zoom Reveal
After your session, we’ll meet for a private Zoom reveal where you’ll see the best 40–45 images from your session.

Choose Your Favorites
Select the portraits included with your session or choose a larger image or heirloom collection if you love more.

Final Editing & Delivery
Your selections receive final professional retouching and are delivered as high-resolution digital files with personal printing rights.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the main difference between the Petite and Full sessions?
The Petite Session keeps your baby’s setup intentionally simple with wrapped posing and optional parent portraits. The Full Session allows time for beanbag posing, multiple wraps and outfits, props, parents, siblings and complete family portraits.
Can parents be included in the Petite Session?
Yes. Parent portraits are welcome. The Petite Session simply does not include the additional baby setups, props, outfits, sibling portraits and full-family combinations available with a Full Session.
Do I have to purchase an upgrade?
No. Your session includes 10 or 15 professionally retouched images, depending on the session you choose. Gallery and artwork upgrades are completely optional.
Do I choose my own portraits?
Yes. You’ll see the best 40–45 images during your reveal and choose the portraits you would like professionally finished.
Do I need to bring wraps, outfits or props?
No. The studio has a carefully selected collection of wraps, newborn outfits, blankets, headbands, bonnets and props available for your session.
What if my baby needs to eat or won’t sleep?
That is completely normal. Sessions are baby-led, and we pause whenever your baby needs to eat, be changed, cuddled or soothed.
How will I receive my finished portraits?
Your selected portraits are delivered as professionally retouched high-resolution digital files with personal printing rights. Printed artwork is prepared separately.
